FES for Induction Furnaces Description
Induction furnace are the most used furnace to melt steel around the world. in this device a pinnacle draft or an aspect draft suction hood is provided at the top or side of the furnace vessel to extract the fumes generated via the fireplace at the time of melting, this hood further goes to the fuel cooler or warmness exchanger or to the spark arrestor to rule out the extra warmness or sparks from the fumes. Then the fumes which can be cooled down go to the pulse jet bag filter or bag house or air pollution control machine where SPM or dirt or fumes get filtered after which clean air travels via the centrifugal fan and to the atmosphere through a stack or chimney. the hole emission after these systems may be achieved as low as 2 mg/nm3 depending on the pollutants manipulation norms in the vicinity.
